History of the  Company

Academy Medtech Ventures (AMV) has established itself as a significant player in the digital health sector through a strategic journey that began over a decade ago. Initially focusing on concussion baseline studies, the company shifted its trajectory towards high-performance cognition, laying a strong foundation in healthcare technology. This period was crucial for AMV as it set the stage for its future endeavors and brand establishment in the health tech arena.

Entering a new phase in 2017, AMV ventured into the business-to-consumer sports domain, leveraging its affiliation with the Sports Academy and the Mamba Mentality. This move marked the company’s transition towards a more consumer-focused approach, broadening its impact and market reach. However, recognizing the burgeoning opportunities in digital health, AMV pivoted again in 2021 to launch its independent digital health enterprise. This move signified a deeper engagement in the development of digital therapeutics, emphasizing the intersection of technology and healthcare.

A landmark in AMV's evolution was the acquisition of Altis in 2023, a strategic decision that positioned the company at the forefront of Brain + Body innovation. This acquisition not only enhanced AMV's capabilities in AI/ML and computer vision but also broadened its scope to include neuromuscular applications, significantly expanding its product offerings and clinical impact. Throughout its journey, AMV has remained committed to revolutionizing rehabilitation, focusing on adaptive, personalized neurocognitive solutions that are both clinician-driven and technology-powered. This commitment is reflected in its flagship products and the company's continuous efforts to make advanced therapy accessible and effective in clinical settings.
